Sepha VisionScan is a non-destructive, deterministic leak detection device for blister packs that has already received industry-wide acceptance. After further development, it has been remodelled into a more compact instrument with a GMP and FDA compliant polymer casing and touch screen interface making it lightweight and easy to use. The technology has been refined to allow an improved test time down to 5 seconds* for gross holes while still achieving the same high level of accuracy. This deterministic test provides a clear pass fail result for each blister pocket removing any risk of operator error associated with probabilistic methods such as Methylene blue dye test.
The Bonfig laser cube is the latest innovation in HeadSpace Gas Analysis technology for sterile pharmaceutical containers. It is a non-destructive inspection method for testing the headspace within the container for the concentration of specific gases such as oxygen, carbon dioxide or nitrogen. It also monitors moisture levels within a pack. With high levels of accuracy and stability, even in a limited headspace, the Bonfig laser cube is designed to meet the stringent regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The unit also boasts a lightweight and compact design that is easy to use and set up via integrated PC and any wireless touchscreen tablet as the user interface.
