CCIT Solutions at Interphex Japan 2021

Our Japanese agent Matsubo Corporation will be exhibiting at INTERPHEX JAPAN that will be held in the Tokyo Makuhari Messe from 8th – 10th December 2021. The exhibition is part of INTERPHEX Week Tokyo, and is Japan’s largest exhibition for pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing/packaging technologies. It is known as the best business platform to network with industry top leaders from pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry in Japan and Asia.

The Matsubo team will be present on booth 15-24, where they will will be giving demonstrations of the Sepha Multi-Q. The Sepha Multi-Q is a multi-functional CCIT system that has been developed to work in combination with different test methods. Depending on the type and content of the packaging, the machine can utilize Vacuum Decay technology, Pressure Decay technology and a Flexible Membrane to test the integrity of a wide variety of packaging including vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes, blow fill seals, bottles, sachets, bags, medical devices, trays and other flexible and rigid packaging.

The Sepha Multi-Q is a non-destructive and deterministic CCIT solution that utilizes the ASTM F2338-09 standard test method in line with FDA and USP 1207 guidelines. The machine also includes software developed for manufacturers that need to comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The software enables safe interaction between the machine, data reports and audit trails and protects reports from being edited or deleted.
