• VisionScan 3D

The VisionScan 3D is a non-destructive, tool-less solution that utilizes the principle of vacuum deflection according to ASTM standard test method F3169-16 (2024) to detect leaks in individual blister pockets as low as 5μm.

The machine offers pharmaceutical manufacturers a flexible, reliable, deterministic and cost-saving alternative to destructive testing of blisters, and is ideal for operations where multiple product changes are required.

• PakScan

Using force decay technology, the PakScan is a non-destructive, multi-product seal integrity tester developed to verify package integrity of non-porous, flexible packaging. The test method used is clean, dry, and non-destructive, allowing tested product to be retrieved from faulty packs and repackaged.

The system can identify defects as low as 10μm in up to 10 packs simultaneously within 30 seconds, and provides deterministic and objective results, visualised on the result screen via a pass or fail for each individual packet.
