This June, Sepha returns to FCE Pharma 2026 in São Paulo, joining pharmaceutical manufacturers, packaging specialists and laboratory professionals from across Latin America for one of the region’s leading pharmaceutical industry exhibitions.

Taking place at the São Paulo Expo from 1 – 3 June 2026, the event brings together companies focused on pharmaceutical production, packaging, laboratory technology and quality control.

Visitors to the Almapal stand C13 will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations of the VisionScan 3D and Multi-Q, Sepha’s non-destructive leak testing technologies developed for blister packs, vials, bottles and other pharmaceutical packaging formats.

Blister Pack Leak Detection with VisionScan 3D

At FCE Pharma 2026, Sepha will showcase the VisionScan 3D, its blister pack leak detection system designed to help manufacturers replace traditional destructive blue dye testing methods.

Using vacuum deflection technology combined with high-resolution 3D imaging, the VisionScan 3D identifies leaks and seal defects in individual blister cavities without damaging the product or packaging. The system delivers rapid, repeatable leak detection results while helping manufacturers improve packaging quality, reduce waste and increase confidence in blister pack integrity testing.

Suitable for a wide range of blister formats, including mono-material packs, the VisionScan 3D supports pharmaceutical companies looking for a more reliable and consistent approach to blister leak detection.

Deterministic CCIT with Multi-Q

Sepha will also demonstrate the Multi-Q, a deterministic Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) system developed for pharmaceutical containers including vials, bottles, ampoules and other parenterals.

Using sensitive vacuum decay and pressure decay technologies, the Multi-Q supports USP <1207> guidance and ASTM test methods for deterministic CCIT, enabling accurate non-destructive microleak detection for pharmaceutical packaging applications.

Designed for both laboratory and production environments, the Multi-Q helps manufacturers strengthen package integrity testing programmes while supporting regulatory compliance and product quality assurance.
