Sepha joins Almapal at FCE Pharma in São Paulo

We’re excited to join our partner Almapal on stand D21 at FCE Pharma, taking place in São Paulo from 4 – 6 June 2024. After its last success, the show promises to be the biggest pharmaceutical industry meeting in Latin America. VisionScan 3D Demonstrations

We will be showcasing the VisionScan 3D, our non-destructive and deterministic blister leak test solution. Utilising Vacuum Deflection aligned with ASTM F3169-16 standard test method, the machine is capable of identifying defects as low as 5μm in individual blister pockets. The VisionScan 3D can test all foil types, including matt and glossy finish, printed text patterns and child resistant packs.

The VisionScan 3D offers pharmaceutical manufacturers a flexible, reliable, deterministic and cost saving alternative to a destructive leak test for blisters. The method does not affect the integrity of the blister pack, allowing packs that have passed the test to be returned onto the production line.
