Sepha presents CCIT solutions at Pharmapack Europe 2026

Sepha will be joining agent ADMC at Pharmapack Europe 2026, taking place on 21–22 January at Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles. As a leading event for pharmaceutical packaging and drug delivery, Pharmapack connects industry experts with manufacturers seeking reliable and compliant packaging solutions.

At Stand 4J22, visitors can see live demonstrations of two non-destructive leak test systems: the Sepha Multi-Q and Sepha VisionScan 3D. Designed for parenteral and blister packaging, both machines offer accurate, repeatable testing to support container closure integrity (CCI) and quality assurance workflows. Multi-Q: Non-Destructive Leak Testing for Parenteral and Flexible Packaging

The Multi-Q is a non-destructive, deterministic CCIT system designed for a range of parenteral packaging formats, including vials, pre-filled syringes, and ampoules, as well as flexible packs such as sachets and pouches. The system supports both vacuum decay and pressure decay test methods, allowing flexible configuration based on the application.

Compliant with ASTM F2338-24 and aligned with USP <1207> guidance for parenteral packaging, the Multi-Q enables accurate, repeatable detection of leaks as small as 1µm. Its modular design allows for interchangeable test formats, making it suitable for use in QC labs, R&D, and small-scale production where packaging integrity is critical to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

VisionScan 3D: Tool-less Vacuum Deflection Testing for Blister Packs

The VisionScan 3D is a non-destructive, tool-less leak detection system for pharmaceutical blister packs. It uses vacuum deflection combined with high-resolution 3D imaging to detect channel leaks, weak seals, and other defects as low as 5 micron, providing a reliable alternative to traditional blue dye or destructive methods.

The system complies with ASTM F3169-16 (2024), offering a deterministic and repeatable method for verifying the integrity of blister packaging. The VisionScan 3D delivers fast results across multiple blister formats without the need for format-specific tooling.
