Sepha returns to CIPM Chongqing with Multi-Q and VisionScan 3D

Sepha will return to the CIPM 2025 Spring Exhibition, joining Rieckermann at booth S1-39 to showcase its latest non-destructive CCIT and leak test solutions for pharmaceutical packaging in Chongqing, China.

Visitors to the Rieckermann booth will be able to see live demonstrations of Sepha’s Multi-Q and VisionScan 3D, two non-destructive leak test systems designed to support pharmaceutical manufacturers with fast, deterministic and reliable quality control.

Both systems offer a non-destructive alternative to traditional test methods including blue dye, helping companies reduce waste, improve quality control, and meet increasing regulatory demands.

Multi-Q
A multi-functional, non-destructive CCIT system is designed to detect leaks and defects in a variety of parenteral containers including vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes and more. The system supports multiple test methods, including vacuum decay and pressure decay, in a single, compact unit. In line with USP <1207>, ASTM F2338-24 and 21 CFR part 11
VisionScan 3D
A non-destructive blister leak tester that uses 3D imaging technology to detect defects in individual blister pockets. Tool-less and easy to operate, the VisionScan 3D offers fast, accurate testing and is ideal for both production and laboratory environments. In line with ASTM F3169-16 (2024) and 21 CFR part 11 compatible.
