Sepha returns to FCE Pharma 2025 with VisionScan 3D

VisionScan 3D Demonstrations

We will be showcasing the capabilities of the VisionScan 3D, renowned for its innovative leak testing technology. Utilising Vacuum Deflection aligned with ASTM F3169-16 (2024) standard test method, the machine is capable of identifying defects as low as 5μm in individual blister pockets.

The VisionScan 3D provides a non-destructive method for testing the integrity of blister packs, an essential process to ensure the packaged products’ safety, sterility, and efficacy. By avoiding destructive methods, the system allows manufacturers to test blister packs without compromising valuable product, reducing wastage and overall costs.
