Sepha Showcases Leak Testing Solutions at Interphex Tokyo 2025

Live CCIT Demonstrations:

At this year’s event, we will be showcasing two of our innovative Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) technologies:

• Multi-Q

Compatible with both vacuum and pressure decay methods, the Multi-Q offers a unique, flexible approach to non-destructive CCIT across a variety of parenteral containers including vials, ampoules, bottles, and pre-filled syringes. The device can identify defects as low as 1µm (dependent on container type and content) and gives a pass/fail result in as little as 10 seconds.

• VisionScan3D

A non-destructive solution for testing the integrity of blister packs, the VisionScan 3D can detect gross leaks, channel leaks, and defects as low as 5μm across both matte and gloss foil types. The machine utilizes the principle of vacuum deflection according to ASTM standard test method F3169-16 (2024).
