Sepha to Showcase Leak Testing Solutions at Thailand LAB INTERNATIONAL 2026
This September, Sepha will join its local partner, Sithiporn, at Thailand LAB INTERNATIONAL 2026 in Bangkok, one of Asia’s premier exhibitions for laboratory technology, analytical testing, diagnostics, research, and quality control.
Taking place at BITEC Bangkok from 2–4 September 2026, the event brings together pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical technology, and quality assurance professionals from across the region to explore the latest innovations shaping the future of testing and analysis.
What’s on Display
Visitors to the Sithiporn booth (2Q01) will be among the first to see the latest PakScan, Sepha’s deterministic seal integrity testing system for flexible packaging and semi-rigid trays with non-porous lidding. Designed for pouches, sachets, stick packs, bags and other non-porous packaging formats, the latest PakScan features configurable test layouts that allow different package sizes to be tested on a single system, providing greater flexibility for manufacturers with multiple pack sizes.
Alongside the latest PakScan, Sepha will also be showcasing the Multi-Q container closure integrity testing (CCIT) platform and VisionScan 3D blister leak detection system, providing deterministic testing solutions for a wide range of pharmaceutical packaging applications.
Featured Technology: The Latest PakScan
Using force decay technology, the Sepha PakScan delivers objective, non-destructive leak testing for pouches, sachets, stick packs, bags and other non-porous packaging formats. Its newly developed configurable test layouts allow manufacturers to test different pack sizes on a single machine, providing greater flexibility for product development, quality control and manufacturing environments.
- Force decay technology for deterministic, non-destructive seal integrity testing
- Configurable test layouts (1-up, 2-up, 3-up and 6-up) for different package sizes
- Selectable load-cell activation for partial layout use
- Objective pass/fail results with no operator interpretation

Sepha Multi-Q — Deterministic CCIT for Pharmaceutical Containers
The Sepha Multi-Q is a deterministic Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) system developed for vials, bottles, ampoules and other parenteral products.
- Vacuum decay and pressure decay technologies for accurate, non-destructive microleak detection
- Supports USP ⟨1207⟩ guidance and ASTM test methods
- Suited to laboratory and production environments
- Strengthens package integrity programmes while supporting regulatory compliance
Sepha VisionScan 3D — Non-Destructive Blister Pack Leak Detection
The Sepha VisionScan 3D offers an alternative to traditional destructive blue dye testing for blister packs.
- Combines vacuum deflection with high-resolution 3D imaging
- Detects leaks and seal defects in individual blister pockets, without damaging product or packaging
- Delivers rapid, repeatable results
- Helps reduce waste and boost confidence in blister pack integrity
