Adele Brown promoted to Technical Service Manager
We are delighted to announce the promotion of Adele Brown to Technical Service Manager at Sepha. In this new role, Adele will be the main point of contact for post sales technical support and manage Sepha’s Customer Corrective Action Request Process (CCAR). The new role also involves working closely with the Head of Operations and the Senior Management Team to deliver a key strategic approach to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement culture within Sepha.
Colin McLean, Head of Operations adds “Adele’s engineering background, technical experience and previous customer interaction within the last 5 years at Sepha, will be a key asset in our aim to achieve a first class customer experience with our current and future customer accounts. I look forward to working with Adele in her new role and have no doubt that she will excel in this important position within Sepha’s Operations Team.”
Adele joined Sepha at the beginning of 2016 after graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (BEng Hons) in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering. She has become a highly experienced member of the Engineering Team, developing knowledge of Sepha’s complete product range whilst also travelling extensively to our current worldwide customer base.
