Last Sunday, Sepha took to the streets of Belfast in a fantastic display of teamwork, determination and camaraderie at the Belfast City Marathon. With three relay teams and 14 enthusiastic runners, the day was filled with personal bests, high fives and unforgettable moments.

The decision to participate was not just about crossing the finish line but also about the values and benefits that come with such an event. “Taking part in the Belfast City Marathon wasn’t just about the physical challenge,” said Paul Smith, Managing Director at Sepha. “It was a chance to come together, support each other, and promote the positive company culture we’re so proud of.”

The team also proudly represented the Women’s Resource Network (WRN), a TASI initiative that promotes community engagement and connection. Wearing the WRN logo symbolised support for empowering women inside and outside the workplace. The WRN has brought fresh energy to Sepha by fostering shared purpose, visibility, and encouragement, especially among remote employees. Events like this marathon strengthen bonds, encourage inclusion, and bring colleagues together beyond daily tasks.

The marathon was an incredible experience for everyone involved and has sparked strong motivation for future events. By promoting health, teamwork, and engagement, Sepha demonstrated its commitment to fostering a supportive and energetic company culture while connecting with the wider community.

With memories made on and off the track, the event was a resounding success, leaving everyone excited for the next opportunity to represent Sepha and the WRN.

A huge congratulations to everyone who participated!
