We invite you to stand A48 in Hall 3.0 to explore our latest innovations in packaging, CCIT and leak testing, designed to enhance quality assurance procedures and reduce manufacturing costs for pharmaceutical manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>CCIT of IV bags<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">ACHEMA 2024 will showcase the continued innovation of one of Sepha&#8217;s flagship products: the Multi-Q with upgraded flexible membrane for leak testing of IV bags and containers closed by fusion.<\/span> The innovative hybrid membrane, combined with vacuum decay technology can detect defects as low as 20\u03bcm (dependent on size and volume of content). The new and enhanced membrane offers a larger test area of 276 x 177mm. No further tooling is required for different size packages as the membrane will adjust to the pack that is being tested. It provides non-destructive and deterministic test results in line with ASTM F2338-09 and USP 1207 guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>High-Sensitive CCIT &amp; Leak Test Solutions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sepha.com\/products\/leak-testing\/multi-q\/\"><strong>Multi-Q<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nExperience ultra-sensitive Container Closure Integrity (CCI) testing with the Multi-Q. Utilising the principles of vacuum decay (<a href=\"https:\/\/sepha.com\/standards\/astm-f2338-09\/\">ASTM F2338-09<\/a>), this non-destructive and deterministic system delivers micro leak detection, detecting defects as low as 1\u03bcm (container and content dependent). Designed for versatility, it accommodates a wide range of parenteral containers including glass or plastic vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes, bottles and BFS (Blow Fill Seal). The system also works in combination with pressure decay to test parenterals that contain toxic product, oil-based liquid, lyo\/powder, glucose\/protein or other products that cannot be tested using vacuum decay. With its compact and bench-top design, The Multi-Q can be used in the lab for drug development or for conducting in-process batch testing at production lines.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sepha.com\/products\/leak-testing\/visionscan-3d\/\">VisionScan 3D<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>Revolutionising blister pack leak detection, the VisionScan 3D utilises an innovative 3D measurement technique for evaluating blister pack integrity. It can identify defects in individual blister pockets as low as 5\u03bcm, without the need for tooling. The new technology can be applied to all foil types, matt or gloss. Different text patterns can be tested with one test method, making it ideal for production lines with multiple language print variations.\u00a0 Its large test area allows for simultaneous testing of multiple packs, ensuring efficiency in operations undergoing frequent product changes. Utilising the principle of vacuum deflection according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.astm.org\/Standards\/F3169.htm\">ASTM standard test method F3169-16<\/a>, the VisionScan 3D offers a non-destructive and deterministic alternative to blue dye methylene testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Small-Scale Blister Packaging<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sepha.com\/products\/packaging-solutions\/ez-blister-plus\/\"><strong>EZ Blister+<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nMeeting the surge in demand for micro-batch blister packaging with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, the EZ Blister+ integrates compact packaging efficiency with advanced traceability and data management.
