Sepha to showcase CCIT solutions at Simposio AFI 2024
We are pleased to announce that we will join our agent Emme 3 at the 63rd edition of Simposio AFI 2024. The exhibition, that takes place in Rimini, Italy from 5-7th June 2024 is an important gathering for those in the pharmaceutical field, providing opportunities to network, discover, and see the latest industry innovations.
Live CCIT demonstrations
Join us on stand 135 for a live demonstration of the Sepha Multi-Q. Designed to meet the high standards of the pharmaceutical industry, the system offers a non-destructive, deterministic solution to demonstrate container closure integrity. Utilising advanced vacuum decay technology, the Multi-Q can identify leaks as small as 5µm (dependent on container type and content) in a diverse range of container types including vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes, and flexible packaging, adhering to ASTM F2338-09 standard test method and USP 1207 guidelines. For applications requiring even greater sensitivity, the Multi-Q HD extends the capabilities to detect leaks down to 1 micron (dependent on container type and content).
Pressure Decay compatibility
The multi-functional system also works in combination with Pressure Decay. It can detect leaks in vials, lyophilized vials, ampoules, bottles, and other containers containing toxic product, oil-based liquid, protein/glucose or lyo/powder, or other content not suitable for Vacuum Decay leak testing.
Its compact, bench-top design means it can be used in the lab during drug development or for in-process batch testing to verify the integrity of containers being manufactured on the production line.
