Introducing High-Sensitive CCIT & Leak Test Solutions
- Multi-Q HD
Experience ultra-sensitive Container Closure Integrity (CCI) testing with the Multi-Q HD. Utilising the principles of vacuum decay (ASTM F2338-09), this non-destructive and deterministic system delivers micro leak detection, detecting defects as low as 1μm. Designed for versatility, it accommodates a wide range of parenteral containers including glass or plastic vials, ampoules, pre-filled syringes, bottles and BFS (Blow Fill Seal). With its compact and bench-top design, The Multi-Q HD can be used in the lab for drug development or for conducting in-process batch testing at production lines. - VisionScan 3D
Revolutionising blister pack leak detection, the VisionScan 3D utilises an innovative 3D measurement technique for evaluating blister pack integrity. It can identify defects in individual blister pockets as low as 5μm, without the need for tooling. The new technology can be applied to all foil types, matt or gloss. Different text patterns can be tested with one test method, making it ideal for production lines with multiple language print variations. Its large test area allows for simultaneous testing of multiple packs, ensuring efficiency in operations undergoing frequent product changes. Utilising the principle of vacuum deflection according to ASTM standard test method F3169-16, the VisionScan 3D offers a non-destructive and deterministic alternative to blue dye methylene testing.
Enhancing Small-Scale Blister Packaging
- EZ Blister+
Meeting the surge in demand for micro-batch blister packaging with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, the EZ Blister+ integrates compact packaging efficiency with advanced traceability and data management. From R&D to commercial production, it provides the creation of electronic signatures, batch reports, audit trails and other electronic documentation. The Structured Query Language (SQL) database system at the core of the EZ Blister+ powers a host of applications on the machine, from recipe creation and management to reporting, as well as facilitating integration with factory networks and Management Execution Systems (MES).
