Annual Sales & Marketing Meeting highlights evolving customer needs in pharma
Last week, the vibrant city of Dublin played host to our annual Sales & Marketing Meeting. This 2-day event proved to be an inspiring environment for the team to reflect on our achievements, gain insights from our experiences, and plan for the future.
Central to the discussions were our global customers, their evolving needs in the pharmaceutical industry and the opportunities these bring to us helping them improve quality assurance and production efficiencies.
We welcomed Sam Barker, our new Technical Sales Manager, who will be invaluable as we continue to expand our presence in North America. We also introduced our latest software solution, MESConnect, developed based on customer demand and feedback, demonstrating our commitment to digital connectivity and industry 4.0.
While these milestones are significant, they are just the beginning. We remain committed to continuous learning, improvement, and innovation. Our journey ahead is filled with exciting prospects and challenges, bring on 2024 indeed!
