We are excited to announce the promotion of Ben Sproule to the role of Engineering Lead for our North American (USA) team. Based out of Harrison, Ohio, Ben will be at the forefront of delivering technical and engineering requirements. This strategic move is a testament to our commitment to support our valued customers in the territory and to delivering exceptional customer experience.

A transformational addition to the team

Ben is an experienced mechanical engineer who joined Sepha four years ago. He has worked on global projects & installations, new product developments and has specialist technical understanding of the full range of Sepha equipment. With a keen interest in package integrity and years of experience with Sepha’s leak testing equipment, especially Visionscan 3D, Multi-Q and Pakscan, Ben has become a subject matter expert (SME) in this area.

A team player, Ben is dedicated to helping customers and he will be a great asset and addition to the Sepha USA team. With his ability to link in with the technical team at Sepha HQ we feel Ben’s presence will bring our service and support to a new level.
